Compassion never Healed Anyone

1119-hand-of-godI

I recalled a story about Mr. Smith Wigglesworth. If you have never heard of him, I would suggest reading about him and picking up one of his devotional books. He lived in England in the early 1900’s. He was a man of faith, who just BELIEVED everything God said and operated in what God said we should. Mr. Wigglesworth, got MAD at the enemy. When he was contacted by sick people, or they came to him. He would get MAD at Satan and even violent with Satan. He knew it was NOT God that was the author of their sickness. He once even kicked a baby that was close to death. When he was asked how come he was so mean. He responded by saying he wasn’t mad at the person/people he was Mad at Satan. The person just got in the way! By the way. The baby was healed completely and he saw 100’s of thousands of miraculous healings. (We should be seeing the same today, as well as God’s people living in health!)

Compassion and mercy never gets the job of healing done. I and Mr. Wigglesworth and other ministers who believe and see the miraculous as well as normal healings are sometimes accused of lacking sensitivity. I would prefer to see you healed and healthy than have a concern about being tender, compassionate and watching you die. I truly believe it is more compassionate to stand on GOD’S power and authority to see you healed than it is to let you die, or live with sickness and disease, than it is to comfort you with my mercy and compassion. This is not to say that I am not compassionate and merciful. I do as God has commanded me to, to see you well and living in the amazing inheritance HE has provided for you, here and NOW!

One thing that really bothers me is when I hear prayers  thanking God for the trials in their/others  lives to grow them and train them up and in the next breath they are praying for God to heal someone! HMM seems according to their first prayer that they should go on to thank God for the persons sickness and disease. Seems a little ‘double minded’!   Please do not represent my Incredible Father that way!

I also have been told that pastors are recommending their congregation to ‘get on the drugs’ they need for depression, sickness, disease. I see NO where in scripture where God tells us to suggest that. He does however tell ‘US’ to heal the sick, raise the dead and open blind eyes. How are we suppose to do that? NOT with drugs but by the laying on of hands and anointing, praying in belief. taking our authority and power given to us as an inheritance to get MAD at the enemy and command sickness to leave.

If you are believing it is of God this sickness has come, how will you believe for HIS healing power to manifest in your life or others?

Get MAD, Take your authority and power, speak to the mountains (Depression, sickness, disease…) and start LIVING YOUR INHERITANCE.
